Manager - Sales (Mid West/South - US)
Important: This role is strictly for candidates with direct AMR / AGV sales experience. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
Role Overview
The primary responsibility is to ensure sales targets are surpassed across targeted markets and industries, with a strong focus on selling Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) to enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end sales for AMR / AGV solutions, from lead generation to deal closure
- Execute strategies for developing business solutions aligned with the organisation’s growth goals
- Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to create actionable sales plans
- Identify, engage, and convert new customers across the territory
- Maintain full visibility of the sales pipeline across all stages
- Evangelize AMR/AGV products by deeply understanding customer applications and proposing optimal automation solutions
- Build long-term relationships with customers, especially in automotive and industrial sectors
- Generate leads and close high-value deals to meet aggressive growth targets
- Develop techno-commercial proposals, pricing models, and customer presentations
- Support marketing and branding initiatives to strengthen market positioning
- Represent Ati Motors at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
- 8–15 years of B2B sales experience with proven success in selling AMRs or AGVs
- Hands-on experience closing AMR/AGV deals (not presales, not distribution-only roles)
- Strong exposure to automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers
- Prior experience in robotics, industrial automation, or intralogistics solutions
- Demonstrated track record of strategic customer wins in complex sales cycles

- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of pricing, margins, and deal structuring
