Engineer - Demos
Role Overview
The AMR Demo Engineer will be responsible for conducting Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) demonstrations at client sites, supporting pre-sales activities, and assisting with deployment-related tasks. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively engage with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live AMR demonstrations at customer locations.
- Support the sales and solutions team with technical inputs during demonstrations and pre-sales discussions.
- Coordinate logistics for demo equipment, including transportation, setup, and readiness.
- Perform onsite troubleshooting and ensure smooth execution of demonstrations.
- Document demo observations, performance insights, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate closely with deployment and R&D teams to drive product and process improvements.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in industrial automation, robotics, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with AMRs, AGVs, or similar automated systems is preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently to customer locations.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal ATI teams.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
