Product Marketing Manager – AMRs / Industrial Automation (US)

Ati Motors is scaling rapidly in the US, and we’re looking for someone who can turn real customer conversations into revenue and product direction.
This is not a traditional product marketing role. You will directly influence:
  • How we win deals
  • What we build next
  • Where we double down in the market
If you’ve worked in robotics, automation, or complex B2B systems, you already know—great positioning and tight product feedback loops win markets.

What You’ll Own
1. Win Deals with Product Thinking
  • Work alongside sales on live deals to shape positioning, narratives, and differentiation
  • Build sharp, no-fluff sales tools: ROI models, deployment stories, objection handling frameworks
  • Help customers understand why we win vs incumbents and alternatives

2. Drive Product Direction from Market Reality
  • Sit in on customer calls, site visits, and late-stage deal cycles
  • Extract patterns: what’s blocking deals, what’s consistently asked, what’s missing
  • Push these insights into product decisions—you are a key input to roadmap, not a bystander

3. Find and Scale What Works
  • Identify winning segments (use cases, industries, buyer personas) in the US market
  • Partner with marketing to double down on proven messaging and campaigns
  • Own GTM for new features, deployments, and expansions

Who This Is For
  • You’ve worked in industrial automation, robotics, AMRs, or material handling systems
  • You’ve seen real deployments—not just slides
  • You understand how US buyers think: operations leaders, plant heads, supply chain teams
Typical backgrounds we value:
  • Product Marketing / Solutions / GTM roles in robotics or automation
  • Pre-sales / Solutions Engineering with strong market intuition
  • Consulting roles focused on manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain

Experience
  • 3–8 years of relevant experience
  • MBA preferred (not mandatory if you bring strong field experience)
  • Proven ability to influence deals, not just support them
  • Strong communication—clear, structured, and persuasive
